Work Study
Bridge students will work alongside camp staff at Barefoot Republic Camp approximately 15-20 hours per week, which is used to offset the overall cost of the program to cover part of their tuition expense. This also can offer hands-on experience, provides lifeguard certification, High Ropes training, leadership development, and is a lot of fun!

Student Work-Study Program: (-$6,000)
Cost to Student: $9,000

Discounts
SCHOLARSHIPS &
There are two discount options for the Bridge Program:
– With the Bridge work-study, there is a $6,000 discount applied to the initial bill, bringing the total from $15,000 to $9,000.
– When paid in full by the start of the program in September, a $250 discount is applied to the student’s bill.
The Bridge Program has a limited number of scholarship opportunities. Partial and full tuition scholarships are available, need-based, within the Bridge Program application.
FALL 2023 – SPRING 2024
BRIDGE PROGRAM DATES*

Fall Semester begins: September 4, 2023 (Monday)
Bridge Students will be asked to arrive Monday, September 4th (Labor Day) for a staff, student, and family welcome picnic.
Thanksgiving Break: November 21-27, 2023. Barefoot will be closed. (Students are expected back at Barefoot Republic Camp by 7pm Monday, November 27).
Fall Semester Ends: December 19, 2023 (Tuesday)
Christmas Break: December 19, 2023 – January 2, 2024

Spring Semester begins: January 2, 2024 (Tuesday)
Winter trip to Atlanta, GA: January 3-6, 2024.
Spring Break: March 11-March 25, 2024
