DROP OFF

Students should be dropped off at our camp property in Kentucky at 2pm on the start date

of their camp session. If your child needs transportation to or from Scottsville, KY,

please call our office as soon as possible to make arrangements. Seating on the bus is limited,

so we must have your child on the list in advance. Our bus will depart from First Presbyterian

Church in Nashville (4815 Franklin Pk. Nashville, TN 37220) on the starting date for

each session at 12 p.m. If you are attending camp with a youth group, contact your

youth leader – other transportation arrangements have likely been made.

PICK UP

On the closing day of each camp week we have a wonderful Youth Productions in

which students perform and share about their week. Please plan to attend if you are able.

The production begins at 10 am at our camp facilities, so we recommend parents arrive

around 9:30 am. Students are dismissed from camp at the close of Youth Productions

around noon. Again, you can get directions to our facilities here. If your child will be returning on

the bus, pick-up will be at the same location at First Presbyterian Church, promptly at 2 p.m. on closing day.
