OVERNIGHT CAMP SESSIONS
2016 Overnight Camp Dates:
Session I: May 24-29: Junior High – Weekly Recap Video
Session II: May 30 – June 4: Senior High – Weekly Recap Video
Session III: June 5-10: Junior High
Session IV: June 14-18: 3rd-5th Grade
Session V: June 26 – July 1: Senior High
Session VI: July 2-7: Junior High
Session VII: July 12-16: 3rd-5th Grade
The regular cost for a 3rd-5th grade session is $499, while Junior/Senior High sessions are $599. Financial aid will be available and no kids will be turned away due to financial reasons. Please also take advantage of Pack Your Pal and Sibling Discounts. Tuition will increase $25 starting May 1st.
*We are currently on a wait list for several sessions. We encourage you to still apply. Spaces could become available anytime between now and the first day of a session, as there are always cancellations and session changes. If you are put on a waitlist, and space does become available, you will be contacted by BRC.
Plan now to join us! 2016 marks our 15th summer of camp and the eighth summer at our facility just over an hour north of Nashville. We are only able to accept 90 campers for each session. In recent years we have been at capacity and had students on our waitlist for every session, so we encourage you to reserve your space by completing your application and submitting your deposit as soon as possible.
Over the last three summers, in addition to our traditional athletics, performing arts, fine arts, extreme sports and team-building programs, we added own recreational lake, water sports, horseback, archery, and bouldering to our list of growing activities. INFORMATION FOR PARENTS WITH REGISTERED CAMPERS:

Camper E-Mail: Campers can receive email while at camp for the week. You can email them at CamperMail@barefootrepublic.org
Camper Mail:Campers can receive mail at our address- 8824 Brownsford Rd, Fountain Run, KY 42133. Please put the camper’s name on the envelope or package.
Drop-off: Students should be dropped off at our camp property in Kentucky at 2pm on the start date of their camp session. If your child needs transportation to or from Scottsville, KY, please call our office as soon as possible to make arrangements. Seating on the bus is limited, so we must have your child on the list in advance. Our bus will depart from First Presbyterian Church in Nashville (4815 Franklin Pk. Nashville, TN 37220) on the starting date for each session at 12 p.m. If you are attending camp with a youth group, contact your youth leader as other transportation arrangements have likely been made.
Pick-up: On the closing day of each camp week we have a wonderful Youth Productions in which students perform and share about their week. Please plan to attend if you are able. The production begins at 10 am at our camp facilities, so we recommend parents arrive around 9:30 am. Students are dismissed from camp at the close of Youth Productions around noon. Again, you can get directions to our facilities here. If your child will be returning on the bus, pick-up will be at the same location at First Presbyterian Church, promptly at 2 p.m. on closing day.
