Our 9th Annual Fall Banquet will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 from 6:00- 8:30pm at Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, TN. It will be catered by Nashville's amazing "Vanishing Gourmet" with special performances from some of this years' campers with great musical talent, testimonies and an auction of premium prizes... including fantastic Titan's tickets, free retreats, fully catered parties, and much more!
We still have needs to make this banquet a success. Each of these are ways--big or small-- that you could make a real difference for the ministry of Barefoot Republic.
Ways you can get involved:
* Individual Guests: If you would like to attend the banquet, please RSVP to us with your number of guests. The event is FREE. However, space is limited so adults only please unless your child is part of the evening program.
*Volunteer: If you would like to help with preparations the day of the event or serve behind the scenes during the event, we would love to have you.
*Advertisements: The banquet program is always full of advertisements for local businesses, services, etc. There will be a captive audience of nearly 400 in attendance, so please consider placing an ad with us this year! $50 for business card size, $100 for half page, $150 for full page.
